Summer House in Foca/TURKEY

We designed and built this summer house in Turkey.

Our award winning Landscape Architect Mr.Turgay YIGIT designed landscaping and won an award for it.

Total area of the plot is 5000m². Total area of the house is 125m². There is a wine yard.

There are 250 olive trees. There is also 25m² house in the garden.

it is 40km away to Izmir city centre. It is 5mins to New Foca marina. There is sea view from top floor and balcony.

There is an organic garden and 50 various fruit trees.
