Is your prices compatible?

We are doing all the work ourselves so we can provide quality service at compatible prices. We have our own carpentry and marble workshop so we can bring the costs down. (Back to FAQs)

Do you provide central heating checks prior purchasing a property?

CEM.UK provide a fixed price of £80.00 for a boiler / system check for people who want to purchase a property and need independent advice. (Back to FAQs)

Do you do annual safety checks?

Every gas appliance MUST be checked once a year, we check carbon monoxide and the gas supply and pressure to make sure everything is safe and working efficiently.  (Back to FAQs)

What make boilers do you install?
